The story of Crane Creek Farms begins in 2012. Jeff Eichenberger with the aid of his son Jesse tap 12 maple trees on the family farm. Despite limited knowledge and less satisfactory equipment, the pair managed to produce a few pints of overcooked and poorly filtered syrup!

Following maple syrup season the pair tried their hand at beekeeping. Six hives were purchased and set up on the farm, without the proper equipment and knowledge many bee stings were encountered while producing a small amount of honey!

Since this time, we have grown, now tapping nearly 1000 maple trees along with several hundred bee hives while gaining knowledge and adding equipment to produce some of the sweetest and price winning honey and maple syrup in the USA.

We take great pride in our small family farm.  Our goal is to be stewards of the land while producing products we know you will absolutely love.
